I did not receive an email confirmation of my purchase.
In order to receive your receipt you must have typed in your email address correctly.  All receipts that are returned to 2000Charge due to an incorrect or undeliverable email address will be deleted and voided.  Please also check your spam box or add the following email address

I don’t remember my password/username. How can I retrieve it?
If you require a password to access a website for which you have purchased a membership/subscription, you can retrieve your password here. Your password was also e-mailed to you at the time of the purchase. If this does not work, please contact 2000Charge support.
 
How do I cancel my membership or subscription?
Please click on the link to cancel 2000Charge membership or subscription. You will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership/subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact 2000Charge billing support with your Member/Subscription ID so that we can locate your membership/subscription and cancel it.
 
I am having problems accessing the website with my Username and/or Password.
Try to copy/paste your username and password exactly as provided or retype your username and password again.  Please note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so use the UPPER and lower case as provided.  Also try to reboot your machine, try a different browser, or if possible test it on another computer.
