Who is ACHdebit and what service do you provide?
ACHdebit provides billing and support for 1000’s of websites. Apart from providing these services, we are not affiliated with the website in any way. Every website/owner is responsible for their content and the distribution of such content.
 
How can I cancel a subscription?
Canceling your subscription pursuant to the terms and conditions of your membership agreement is easy. You may cancel your subscription immediately by using our Auto Cancellation Form. You will retain your access until the end of the billing period when your username and password will be automatically deleted. If your account cannot be located, please use our Customer Service Form and we will assist you.
 
I have forgotten my username and/or password. Can you help me?
You may try our online Password Utility. If you use the password utility, your username / password will be emailed to you. This means you had to have entered a valid email address when you joined as this is the address we will be sending it to! If you do not receive the email containing your new password, please email your request using our Customer Service Form and a support representative will assist you.

 
I have more than one charge for Web Transaction Services on my statement during the same period. How could this be?
Multiple charges can be one of two things: you joined more than one web site processing with Web Transaction Services or you joined the same site more than once. You may use our Customer Service form to provide the relevant details and we will notify you of our findings and actions. It may also be necessary to fax your statement with the duplicate charges circled to 512-462-0151.
