Why was I billed by FranceBill.net? You purchased a product, membership or subscription from a website. You should have received an email receipt at time of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, use the purchase details form to see your details.

I don’t remember my password. How can I retrieve it? If you require a password to access a website for which you have purchased a membership/subscription, you can retrieve your password here. Your password was also e-mailed to you at the time of the purchase. If this does not work, please contact FranceBill support at support@billingfrance.net.

How do I cancel my membership or subscription? Please click on the link to cancel FranceBill membership or subscription. You will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership/subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact FranceBill customer support at support@billingfrance.net with your Member/Subscription ID so that we can locate your membership/subscription and cancel it.
