Intertrans FAQ’s

I did not receive an e-mail with my password and user name.
In order to receive an e-mail confirming your password and user name, you must have entered your e-mail address correctly. All receipts that are returned to Intertrans.com due to incorrect or undeliverable e-mail addresses will be immediately void.
 
I forgot my password or user name.
If you require a password to access a website for which you have purchased a membership/subscription, you can Retrieve your password here. Your password was also e-mailed to you at the time of the purchase. If this does not work, please contact helpdesk@intertrans.com.
 
How do I cancel my membership or subscription?
Please click on the link to cancel Intertrans membership or subscription. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership/subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact Intertrans billing support at helpdesk@intertrans.com with your Member/Subscription ID so that we can locate your membership/subscription and cancel it. You can also call our customer support at 1-562-951-1190.
 
I am unable to access the site with my user name and password.
Our system is case sensitive. If you are unable to access the site, please check to make sure that you have entered lower and/or upper case letters where required. Also, when entering information in to the spaces provided, make sure there are no spaces in between each character entered.
