What is a Member ID or Order ID? When you purchase a subscription, membership, or other product, you are issued an 8 digit order ID. You received your order ID from the online approval screen and in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of your order ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative.

I don’t remember my password. How can I retrieve it? If you require a password to access a website for which you have purchased a membership/subscription, please contact Rsbilling support. Your password was also e-mailed to you at the time of the purchase.

How do I cancel my membership or subscription? Please click on the link to cancel Rsbilling membership or subscription. You will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership/subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact Rsbilling customer support with your Member/Subscription ID so that we can locate your membership/subscription and cancel it.

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why? A sales confirmation / receipt email is sent with each order that RSBilling processes. You must enter a valid email address each time that you make a purchase to insure that you’ll receive your confirmation/receipt.
