Starlight-cs.com on your statement? If starlight-cs.com shows up on your creditcard statement you are probably a member of one of our entertainment websites. All websites subscriptions automatically renew every month until you cancel the subscription.

I don’t remember my password/username. How can I retrieve it? If you don’t remember your username and/or password, or if you don’t remember which website you subscribed to you can ask our support departement for more details by contacting Starlight-cs customer support at cs@starlight-cs.com.

How do I cancel my membership or subscription? You can cancel Starlight-cs membership or subscription at any time by sending an email to cs@starlight-cs.com with your member/subscription details. You will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership/subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. If this does not work, try canceling your membership at https://secure.dbilling.com/support/.
