I just received my credit card statement. What am I being billed for?
You have recently purchased a membership/subscription for an online website. To see which service or website you were billed for, please contact customer support. If charges for our services were billed by anyone other than Occbillsupport, Tekstarsupport, Bankwithdrawal, Occashsupport, Approvalplus, Atmvrtual, Webpassexpress, Paypassexpress, Membersupportcentral, Ocbnk, Crdsvcs, Interwebatm, Ibnktrans, Ultraatm, Netbilling, Paycomeu, Ccbill, Wts, or Gxbill on your credit card statement:
 
I don’t remember my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you require a password to access a website for which you have purchased a membership/subscription, you can retrieve your password here. Your password was also e-mailed to you at the time of the purchase. If this does not work, please contact Tekstarsupport support.
 
How do I cancel my membership or subscription?
Please click on the link to cancel Tekstarsupport membership or subscription. You will receive an e-mail to the address you entered upon purchase confirming that your membership/subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer be billed. If you cannot use the form due to insufficient information, please contact Tekstarsupport customer support with your Member/Subscription ID so that we can locate your membership/subscription and cancel it.
 
What company name will I be billed by?
Your credit card will be billed by “Tekstarsupport”, “Epoch.com” or “CCBill”. If you have paid by check you will be billed by “WTS”" If you have paid by Web900 you will be billed by “Gxbill.de” .
